Burrito Baby Australia (ABN 24 589 436 717) ("we", "us" or the "Proprietor") prides itself on providing products of the highest quality and is committed to customer satisfaction. This returns policy describes generally how we manage product returns. Returns remain subject to our Usage Terms (https://burritobaby.com.au/pages/usage-terms). Refunds
We want you to experience longer, better quality sleeps with Burrito Baby. Our policy lasts 30 days to give you the confidence in purchasing from Burrito Baby.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any item that you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to replace the item for you. In some circumstances, we may provide a credit instead of replacement at our discretion.
To complete your return, please email hello@burritobaby.com.au within 30 days of receiving your product and provide your order number.
Once your return is approved by email, you will be required to send the swaddle back to our HQ address:

Once your return has been received your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is defective or damaged.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: Due to a small minority of individuals who take advantage of our generous return policy, exchanges are only applicable for one time. If the second exchange has an issue or defect, then a refund of 100% will be provided upon receiving the second faulty product but no further exchanges will be given.
